1. Data we collect
Account information, booking details, and images — minimal PII by design (jersey numbers over full names).
2. Gallery privacy
Galleries are private by default and accessible only via link, game code, or QR credential — never a public directory.
3. Payments & vetting data
We never store card numbers or SSNs. Payment and background-check providers retain that data; we keep only reference IDs.
4. Image metadata
EXIF and GPS metadata are stripped from delivered photos before publishing to galleries.
5. Your choices
Account holders can request data deletion or export by contacting support.
