Private galleries by default
Every gallery is private and only reachable via link, game code, or QR credential — never indexed or searchable.
No public child directory
We never publish a searchable list of athletes, teams, or galleries.
Minimal PII
Bookings use jersey numbers or aliases instead of full names wherever possible.
Vetted Snaprs
Every Snapr passes identity verification and a background check before shooting a game.
On the sideline
Credentialed, accountable, respectful
Every Snapr wears a visible BookSnapr credential while shooting so coaches, officials, and parents can identify them at a glance.
Families can submit a do-not-photograph request for a specific athlete, and Snaprs are required to honor it.
Anyone can report a safety concern or incident directly to our support team for review.
Data handling
How we handle images and data
EXIF and GPS metadata are stripped from delivered photos before they reach a gallery.
We never store card numbers or SSNs — payments and background checks are handled by PCI-compliant, vetted third-party providers, and we retain only their reference IDs.
